Onica helped Advanced Event Systems automate and streamline the deployment process of their .NET applications onto AWS, designing a solution that leveraged PowerShell, the creation of virtual directories, and modified registration keys, that we customized and extended using AWS Elastic Beanstalk. Onica performed extensive testing of the .NET applications in a staging environment to ensure they were automated, streamlined, secure, and running at scale on AWS.
The team is happy with the automation measures Onica created for the deployment of their .NET applications onto AWS. It no longer takes multiple steps to deploy an application, the development team logs onto the deploy server and runs the script our team created. It is now automatic and quick, taking no more than 15 minutes. The process is also been a lot less error prone because its running code verse manual deployments.
